The Introducing Broker (IB) program is a Deriv’s affiliate program that Deriv partners can join after becoming revenue share partners or turnover partners. IBs will earn commissions from their referred clients who trade on Deriv’s MetaTrader 5 (MT5) and Deriv X platforms.
The IB program allows you to promote trading on MT5 (forex, crypto, CFDs, and volatility indices). Your commission is visible in your affiliate dashboard and will be paid out daily into your synthetic trading account; you can withdraw it at the end of the day or the next day.
How do I sign up for Deriv’s IB Program?
After your Revenue Share affiliate application is approved, you need to send your Deriv fiat account (CR ID) and DMT5 synthetic indices account to your account manager for them to join you to the IB program. If you don’t have an account manager yet, you can contact Deriv using their live chat.

How much does Deriv pay for the IB commission?
As an Deriv’s introducing broker (IB) partner, you have the opportunity to earn IB commission whenever your clients carry out trades on the MT5 platform. The calculation and payment of IB commissions are done daily and credited into your main MT5 synthetic account.
The commissions for IB are not determined by the client’s profit but rather by each trade conducted on specific instruments within their MT5 trading platform.
The calculation of the IB commission is influenced by several factors, including the assets traded, the price of the asset, and the volume or lot size.
